Biography
JIAO (Jurong Institution Association of Organisation) is Singapore's most bureaucratically complete institution. It was established in 1987 by a committee formed to evaluate the need for a committee. JIAO does not have a mission statement — it has a Mission Statement Approval Framework (MSAF), which is currently in Phase 2 of a 7-phase consultation. JIAO's most recent publication is a 47-page form.
